About Powerwave Energy Solutions

Powerwave is factory authorized and trained by Eaton Powerware, G.E. and Tripp Lite.  Our technical staff and consultants are required to attend factory training to upgrade their skills on an ongoing basis.  On average it’s twice annually, so you can be sure our people will solve your problems quickly and accurately.

About UPS Products

You will find most UPS suppliers handle your inquiry by asking, “How many kilowatts do you need?”  A few days later your quote arrives.  We think you’ll like our approach much better:

We’ll begin with The Powerwave 20”, our 20-point site survey.  It’s our job to answer questions you haven’t considered yet:

  • We’ll check your wires, breakers and generator to make sure they’re rated to handle a new system.
  • We’ll calculate the existing head room for power by considering limitations from existing distribution and transformers.
  • Additional heat dissipation is calculated and a determination made as to the need for expansion of the cooling system.
  • A long battery run time is unnecessary if the critical space overheats before battery depletion. We conduct an analysis to determine what is optimal.
  • and so on...

We conduct the site survey at our expense to make sure that we “right size” your UPS and your infrastructure can handle it.  After we have the answers to the Powerwave 20, we’ll recommend a unit designed to give you uninterruptable uptime in line with your business requirements.  If your budget is tight we may have refurbished units that fit your needs.

About Service

The industry voiced a desire for better response time and stronger technical competence.* This has inspired us to create a service guarantee.   If your equipment is protected by our Gold maintenance agreement you also receive our service response guarantee.  If we don’t arrive within 4 hours of your call the service work is performed at no cost to you.
